FIND A LIGAND-BOUND STRUCTURE BEFORE YOU LAUNCH A HUNT
Use Scout when you need help choosing the right protein structure. Load a known PDB ID, or search RCSB by protein plus a ligand/inhibitor term. Then inspect the structure, select the intended protein chain, and send that exact FASTA and query to Warhead Hunter.

Select the protein entity or chain set to hunt against. For multi-protein structures like DDB1–CRBN, this prevents the tool from sending the wrong FASTA.
